The conversion is processed server-side using one or more available conversion engines (such as vtracer, ImageMagick, or a GD-based fallback), and the resulting SVG file is returned directly to the user's browser.

Key characteristics of the Service:

• The Service is provided free of charge with no registration or account required.
• Uploaded files are processed in isolated temporary directories and permanently deleted immediately after the conversion operation completes.
• The Service does not store, retain, review, or share your uploaded images beyond the immediate technical requirements of the conversion.
• The quality and fidelity of SVG output depends on the complexity of the source image, the available server-side conversion engine, and the settings you select. We make no guarantees about the visual accuracy or file size of converted output.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement in your jurisdiction. If you are below the applicable age, you may only use the Service with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other intellectual property right of any person or entity.
• Contains viruses, malware, spyware, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code designed to damage, disable, or gain unauthorised access to computer systems.
• Constitutes private or personally identifiable information of a third party (such as photographs of individuals, identity documents, medical records, or financial data) that you do not have lawful authority to process.
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic (unless you are operating a lawfully licensed adult platform and have obtained our express written permission), harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Although we do not review uploaded images prior to conversion, we reserve the right to investigate apparent violations of this section and to take appropriate action, including reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of the Service

The Website, the Service, and all content, software, design, trademarks, logos, and other materials made available by PNGtoSVG.online (excluding user-uploaded content) are the proprietary property of PNGtoSVG.online or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. By submitting an image for conversion, you grant us a limited, transient, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to process that image solely for the purposes of performing the requested conversion and returning the result to you. This licence terminates immediately upon deletion of your uploaded file.

The SVG output produced by the conversion of your uploaded image belongs to you (or to the lawful rights holder of the source image) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no claim of ownership over your converted output.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to upload the image and to grant us the transient processing licence described above, and that your uploaded image does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

To ensure the Service remains available to all users without degradation of performance, we impose rate limits on the number of conversion requests that may be submitted from a single IP address within a given time window. These limits are subject to change at our discretion and are not publicly advertised in order to prevent gaming. If your usage exceeds the applicable limits, you may receive an error response and be required to wait before making further requests.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability
